Looking for cash buyers

I am looking to quickly sell my quadplex and single family investment properties that are on the same lot. Four of the 5 units are occupied. They are located in Carson, CA. They have not been impacted by the fires. They are not in fire or flood zones. 

Any advice where I could look for cash buyers.
