Looking for a potential partner or associate
Hello all,
I am writing this post in search of a business partner to start a truck parking business in South Florida/Miami.
I started in RE in 2020 doing wholesaling. I stepped back since 2021 because of school and all that. Now I am back with and looking to move ahead. Having experience from different types of industries I noticed a problem in the South Florida regions- trucks just can't find parking in South Florida. Drivers have a hard times parking to rest and when they do it's on highways and residential streets resulting in a public safety issue. I plan to build a truck parking to accommodate and increase the amount of parking spaces, however, I lack funding and have a hard time getting a lender to back me up. I would to engage in conversations that would bring this project closer to being realized.
