Denver RE Agents Who Specialize in Finding Good Investment Opps

My partner and I are looking for a new house in Denver. We have our list of neighborhoods and other criteria. One of them is to buy a house where we can also generate income. e.g. a duplex, a house with an existing space we can rent out in the house, or space on the property to build an ADU and rent out. We'd like to work with a realtor who has experience finding properties like this who knows what to look for and can help us make a strategic purchase. Does anyone know a realtor with this background/experience?
