Jumbo loan with 5-10% down and bad credit?

Trying to be really creative. 
Need to buy a $1.1m property. Income is more than sufficient but credit is 570 (long, dumb story). 
Have 5% max 10% for down payment. Owner occupied. 
Biz partner has $15m in assets and is happy to co-sign. 
Are there any lenders / loan products that exist for this type of situation?
