Assignment of contract.

I have a beautiful property under contract in Macomb Illinois. Move in ready, no renovations needed other than a minor repair on a porch beam. 4 beds 2 baths. 40x50 foot very nice garage. Beautiful house. Owner just needs it sold ASAP and that's the reason for the price. Homes value is $150,000 plus in current condition. Easy flip. 

Asking price is $20,000 plus assignment fee. $3,571 owed on taxes. Let me know if anyone's interested.
