Hi BP,

I've been in the mortgage industry for a decade now. Started in retail with a large bank, then with a correspondent lender, and I've owned my own mortgage brokerage since 2019.

I've been brokering hard money loans to high-net-worth individuals and one goal of mine for 2025 is to begin investing my own money into these deals. I'm looking for other like-minded individuals who are interested in partnering with me or anyone looking for passive income.
