In need of new Real estate investor operating system like, Reale-flow

I am searching for a platform like Reale-Flow or CO-star that has both residential and commercial leads. I like that Co-star has an apartment area price point, off square foot. We are looking for an investment operating system that does some of the weeding out of information for us, we are big into flip houses, wholesales, multi-families, and bigger commercial properties like self-storage. It would be nice to decrease our current expense for Reale-flow, around $500/month. Do you have any recommendations?
