Looking for a good & reliable Property Manager in Columbus

Hi,

So I am a new out-of-state investor for Columbus and currently under contract for a property. I definitely will need to work with a solid PM who is reliable and has good communication.

Honestly, reading many old comments and posts, it seems most people are not happy with the PMs they are using :-(

I used BP to filter down a few PMs and it gave me the below results
1. Poplar Homes
2. RL Property Management Group
3. Evernest
4. 10X Property Management

I looked for each of them on BP and other places and seems bad overall. So I am really confused and want to know if someone has used any of the above PMs recently in Columbus area and are satisfied with them?

Also, I recall reading on BP earlier about a PM Interview Questionnaire but cannot find it anymore. Would someone be able to share that link?

Thanks a ton all!
