Chapel Hill - Durham Long Term Rentals

Tyler Hoffman
Posted

Hey guys,

New to the real estate investment world but looking to get started. I am graduating from a UNC graduate program in December and starting a job here in March. I am looking to buy a home, renovate while I live there, and eventually rent it out long term. I am looking for advice on locations/towns in the Durham or Chapel Hill area that appear to be good long term investments. My price range will be $350K or less, which pretty much takes me out of the Chapel Hill area near the hospital. Any advice on locations to look at or even avoid, real estate agent suggestions, or contacts/connections would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Tyler
