My name is Felix Rivera and I'm working as a real estate agent in the upstate South Carolina area. 

I work with an investment real estate brokerage and we specialize in connecting investors to off-market deals in the area. I work closely with my investors not only to find investment property deals that fits their buy box, but also to connect them to local contractors to work with, and lenders for hard money. I'm able to put 3-5 new property deals in front of my investors a week.
