I am interesting in purchasing my first small multi-family / apartment ($1-2M) and looking for a good 1-1 Coach.  

The areas I needed help is identifying (1) target market and (2) off-market deals.  

I need a coach to walk me through (1) analysis (2) transact my first acquisition, (3) build a team to manage and run.  And Repeat.
