Interested in Real Estate Investing and Mentorship!

Hi all!

I am currently a college student with an estimated graduation date for June 2026, and I hope to include real estate investing in the future (~2 years). I am currently based in Los Angeles, but would like to invest out of state for long term rentals. I am hoping to learn from a mentor and I am willing to help with real estate work to gain more experience in this field. Looking forward to hearing from you!
