Working for Wholesaler as Acquisition Rep (inside / Outside Sales Rep)?

Georgia Godfrey
Posted

I'm looking to hear from anyone with experience working as an Acquisitions Rep (sometimes call Inside / Outside Sales Rep) for a residential wholesaler or flipper. I need an income while I grow my REI business and I'm looking for opportunities with good learning potential for skills applicable to flipping and investing. I know that these are commission-based roles, so they can be very demanding and there are many unscrupulous companies out there, but I am hoping for a balanced and frank discussion of the benefits / challenges of the work. Thanks all!
