Looking for investor friendly agents and contractors in Texas

I am an out of country investor.  This year I started doing fix and flips in the Midwest (Ohio and Michigan). I plan to continue investing there, but now I am also interested in building a team in Texas (I lived there for 5 years while attending college). I would love to connect with agents and general contractors that have plenty of experience working with investors.   I would like to focus on the Dallas and/or Houston suburbs initially.  Any tips on how to get started in the state and what to look for would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

@Oscar Meneses

To start investing in Texas, consider submarkets like Houston's The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, and Pearland, and Dallas' Plano, Frisco, McKinney, and Garland. Build a local team with reliable GCs, subcontractors, and property managers. Consider a good title company for out-of-country transactions. Texas has lenders specializing in fix-and-flip loans or bridge loans. Keep an eye on market trends to protect investments against fluctuations. Contact a good agent for market comps and ARV estimates.

Good luck!
