Looking for an experienced, local property manager to oversee a newly redeveloped boutique 4-plex in Northside (Legend RVA: https://legendrva.com). The property features 4 one-bedroom apartments—2 furnished, 2 unfurnished.

I’m seeking a proactive individual to handle all management duties, including tenant screening, lease agreements, electronic rent setup, and overall operations. The property will be listed soon across multiple platforms, and am looking for someone to hand the reins to.
