53 House Portfolio For Sale

I'm a Realtor here in the BHM area and I have a list of 53 houses from a portfolio for sale and none of these are on the market. 38 can be bought individually but 15 have to be sold as a package (per seller). New here and I have read the rules, so it seems that I can post my email address here if you want more info. End-buyers ONLY, no wholesale deals.
