Any DSCR lenders you recommend

I am looking for a DSCR lender in Chicago for a property with a 1:1 DSCR ratio. Wondering what the rate for that would be and if anyone can recommend any lenders?

Hi @Adriana McLaughlin - I know that @Cam Schwartz is a local Chicago hard money lender.

I also really like working with Renovo and Armitage St. Capital.  I've got a small list of Chicago lenders that I would be happy to share.

My biggest suggestion would be to base your lending partner on the relationship, not interest rate or points...you want to find someone you can work with for a long time and who genuinely cares about you.
