MultiFamily DSCR Lenders

Good evening everyone,

I have been gauging the market recently and have not seen any DSCR Lenders with LTVs Above 80%. I saw one post where someone got quoted 90% LTV.

We are in the Sacramento Market and are looking in the Multifamily and Commercial space. Has anyone seen anything better? Referrals would be great. Thank you!

DSCR does go up to 85% for Single family and 2 unit duplex all other 3-4 units are maxed at 80% LTV.

Feel free to send me an email I am always happy to help and talk REI.
