General Contractor in Independence MO

Hello BP. I am looking for a general contractor to give estimate for damages done to property by tenant. It was trashed and I am told by property management there may be plumbing issues from a break-in after the tenant was evicted where the plumbing may have been damaged. Looking for someone that would have recommendations or has been used by others in the past. I am an out of state investor.
