Announcement: Final Renderings for Woodland Park Triplex Approved

We are excited to share some significant updates regarding our ongoing triplex development project in Woodland Park, Columbus. Over the past eight months, we have been diligently working on the rezoning and planning of four triplex units. Here is the latest status:

Rezoning Status:

One triplex has been approved.
Two triplexes are pending approval by the City Council.
One council variance has been recently submitted.

We believe in keeping all our partners and stakeholders informed about our progress. The triplex that has been approved is located in the charming Woodland Park neighborhood. This area, known for its rich history and vibrant community, is a central residential neighborhood in the Near East Side of Columbus, housing approximately 1,500 residents.

Recent Developments:

We have been collaborating closely with the building department to finalize access plans, particularly focusing on the technical aspects of fire ratings and floor-ceiling assemblies. One of the last major changes we made involved updating the stairwell designs and choosing the siding type for the buildings.
We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the exterior renderings for the Woodland Park triplex. These renderings are now complete and will be used in the final prints for the project.

About Woodland Park:

Woodland Park is a historic neighborhood established in the early 20th century. It has grown to include various faith communities, schools, entertainment options, and recreational facilities. Notably, it is home to landmarks such as the Franklin Park Conservatory, the Martin Luther King Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library, and the Eldon and Elsie Ward YMCA. The neighborhood is characterized by diverse architectural styles, from Queen Anne and Tudor to Colonial Revival.
