General Contractor Needed

Hi BP Community,

My wife and I live in Wake Forest, NC and are looking at turning our primary home into a long term rental property. I just recently took a government position in Kuwait and my wife is looking to join me as soon as we can get our home “rent ready”. This is our first real estate venture and we’re looking for a good reliable general contractor, to help with the process. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I think we might need a property manger as well.
