Looking for recommendations for a good RE attorney in Minneapolis area to advise, and help with selling a property C4D when there is still a FHA mortgage on the property. Yes, the loan is assumable, but buyer doesn't have the large sum of cash needed to assume. Doesn't qualify for conventional.
