Typical "Building my Buyers List" strategy.
If you actually have the properties under contract, why wouldn't you post them here?
To be perfectly honest, that hadn't occurred to me. We have them posted all over Facebook but I only just joined this site yesterday. I'll look into posting later today, thanks for the tip!
