Hello! I’m looking for a lender to help with a deal in fayetteville NC 

Purchase price - $63,000

Reno- $20,000

ARV- $120,000

Time line- 2 months 


this is my first experience with this since I’ve only bought turn key, let me know!

    go to Lima One to start.. then work backwards and be very careful of fake lenders telling you what you want to hear then wanting money up front for ANYTHING other than a 3p apprasial.
