Looking For lenders for a couple projects. Let me know if you can recommend someone or can lend on either or both of the following projects.

Location 1: Rural Branson Area

5 duplexes on one plot (10 units total)

i have owned these for the past 3 years, its time to do some much needed cosmetic updates and get more rents.

I have not had any issues keeping these units occupied at 850 a month.

Who can lend on the rehab and who can lend on a cash out refi after?

Project 2:

Location- Hermann MO

We are building out a 40,000 sqft existing building into 35-40 multi family units. Already got zoning changed and preliminary with project approval. I do have a couple loan offers on this.
