Could anyone refer me to a good contractor experienced in the multifamily space? I need a repair estimate for a 50-year-old apartment building and have been calling contractors all week with no luck.

If you know of anyone, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send them my way!

Have you found your NC General Contractor yet? If not, I’m based in Charlotte and if you’re interested, I’d like to discuss that further with you. MY GC license is classified as Building which covers Residential, Commercial and several others.
