  3. 3. Throughout the due diligence stage of property acquisition, from offer acceptance to closing, we will provide unwavering support and guidance, including aid with sourcing financing, underwriting, negotiation, coordinating inspections, and appraisals.
  4. 4. Following the successful completion of the property transaction, we will remain at your disposal, assisting with property management selections until your investment is tenanted.
Throughout our partnership, you can expect nothing less than impeccable service. Our fee is transparently included at the close of each property purchase, at a rate of 10% of the acquisition price.
