Hi have you done any fix and flips in southern Florida? I am looking to finance jv, but person has to have prior experience w it thx

Hello Drew thank you for getting back to me. Yes we have done a couple of flips and some construction rehabs and I have helped my uncle build a couple homes and flip them. We recently received our general construction license and are going to be building new construction down the road.
