Looking for a flip Tampa Bay

Hello BP! Looking for a property to flip in Tampa Bay.Hillsborough, Pinellas and even Pasco county. SFH all-in(acquisition and rehab) for up to $350K cash. What towns should I focus on, where should I look based on my buy box? Anyone has experience buying at the County auctions? Thank you in advance for any input/advice!
