I am looking for a lender to cover closing costs and upfront rehab costs on a flip project in Alabama. Looking for a lender willing to work with a newbie. Referrals highly appreciated!

I assume you are not paying cash for the property. If this is a 2nd position lien, you are better off finding an equity partner - there is not an abundance of lenders out there willing to provide 100%+ financing in 2nd position to someone with no experience. Do not want to burst your bubble but your profile is such a high risk of default you are best to bring on an equity partner.
