Seeking Tampa area Real Estate Attorney

Hi BP community. I'm a new investor in the Tampa area (Wesley Chapel) and have my first rental property, still being advertised though. I'm building my team, but it seems finding a real estate attorney is the biggest challenge. Can anyone please recommend a RE Attorney for this area? Thanks.

Hi Joseph. Thanks for following up with me. I wanted some advice on the strategies and options for asset protection with my new WY based LLC. One attorney suggested having a land trust for each property, but it seems that's more about privacy than asset protection, so I've since worked with another attorney that my real estate agent recommended to simply transfer the deed from my name as an individual to my LLC, since I'm the only owner and have a 100% interest right now.
