I have a Baltimore MD deal, but I'm Licensed in NY

Hey BP family.

I have an off market deal.

Both Buyer and seller reside in NY, but the properties located in Baltimore, MD 21216.

We've agreed on a 150k "as-is" selling price.

Buyers paying a 3% commission. I'll need a commission split of 50/50.

Please let me know if you're interested.

We'll need someone by 5/5.
