Looking for CPA and Attorney recs as I build my house-flipping and rental business

Hi there! I am starting a house-flipping business (I will sell some houses and others I will keep as medium and long term rentals.). I currently have 2 out-of-state rental properties which I rent to long-term tenants. I am building my team and would love any recs for a real-estate savvy CPA and lawyer to help me with tax strategy/prep, and to help me set up my business properly. @Account Closed Thank you for the info Zachary. Yes, I was focusing on finding one in California because it seems they would best understand all the nuances of investing here, but maybe that's not totally necessary. I appreciate your all of your help!
