I'm located close to the cleveland area and looking for help from someone to walk me through my first deal. I'm looking for a buy and hold to start off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I listen to the bigger pockets podcast all the time and have ideas on what to do, I guess I'm just hesitant to take the steps alone without the experience. Thank you in advance.
