Best brokers for property managers

Some brokers do not deal with property management.  Currently looking for one in Lafayette, LA area. 


Any good/bad/ugly experiences with brokers that group would like to share? And I would also appreciate if someone could point me to good PM & investor friendly broker (local or nationwide).
