Hello,

Looking for a MEP engineer for final stages of planning for new build. Anyone have suggestions local to the Charlotte market?

Best is to connect with a builder and they usually have all of those resources

I'd call the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing companies that are larger and have them design a system or call the manufacturers of the equipment directly. a billion dollar company has the resources to design a small system for you at no cost. skip the MEP engineers total waste of time and money for a single build. that's what we do for smaller deals in columbus like 3 units ground up. I don't really do many single family
