The Franciscan Lakeside Lodge in Tahoe Vista, CA is in desperate need of new management and there are no bids in yet. 

This 66 unit property is lake front and has not been improved much as all since it was built in 1952. The value add is incredible for owners and management. The funds exist to improve it with HOA fees sailing around $700 and increasing....

The property is more of less not marketed and could easily have huge profits if it is syndicated through the proper marketing channels.
