Co manager/Property manager for STR in Henderson, Las Vegas Nevada

I’m trying to buy a Str in Henderson , Las Vegas and looking for a co property manager who can manage it for me. This is my 1st Str and I am remote, hence looking for someone trustworthy and honest. I need to understand what PMS cover for Str as a starting point  to even do the numbers if an upcoming deal makes sense.
