Anyone out there that has affordable rates for investment/rental property insurance?  Need someone that can beat REInsurance Pro.  Rate is like $170 on an 80k property.  Should be around 100-120.  Killing cashflow.  Please send me contacts.

Requirements below.

$5000 deductible. Emphasize that you are looking for the lowest premium possible and that replacement cost coverage was imposed by the lender and that originally you were going to go with ACV.
