Looking for a Private Money Lender

I have a 6 unit value add in St Petersburg Florida that I plan to convert into an 8 unit. Have Seller financing on 70% of the purchase price and am looking for a primate lender to be in 2nd position with the down payment and renovation cost. Is anyone interested or knows a private lender who does deals like this?
