Hello,

Seeking a reliable and adaptable individual to join our team as a property care co-host for our midterm rental in Iowa City area that will be operational in April/May. This is a flexible position that is ideal for a handyman or college student.

Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting in overseeing the maintenance and management of our rental property on an as-needed basis.
