I am looking into the development of flex space (warehouse with a small office space).  I came across Flex Space Untapped which offers a training course and mentorship for $12k.

Has anyone had any experience with them?

Any help / comments much appreciated.

Full disclosure: I am a speaker for FSU.

They provide a ton of content and a defined path to flex development. It costs money to build a flex product, few hundred k, won't be a "no money down" or "syndicate from your friends" type of financing.

Many of my clients are buying and constructing buildings as graduates of the program. The products in my YT videos are some students. So real, vertical buildings.
