Looking for good wholesalers in the Memphis area

I am an out of state investor and have been doing a lot of research on the area and ready to find some deals. Would love to know if anyone can recommend any wholesalers or websites that they have been using to find their deals.

@Nikki J. Working with wholesalers in Memphis can be tricky. There are a lot of wholesalers here who don’t know what they are doing. Some will market properties they don’t even have under contract. Shoot me a dm and I’ll give you a list of some wholesalers that find deals regularly and always have them under contract directly with the seller.
