I am an owner of a well established, mid size Short Term Rental (STR) Property Management Company Headquartered in Tampa, FL. We service statewide with a concentration in Tampa/Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Naples/Fort Myers, and Orlando Markets.

We offer both full service and limited service engagements to fit most needs.

I am also a licensed broker working exclusively with Short Term Rental Investors and Second Home Buyers looking to offset the cost of second home ownership in the Tampa Bay area. Current downpayments available as low as 10% and CoC Returns as high as 30%!
