Hi, I’m a new member. I signed up because I’m selling my MHP. It’s a value add. There’s 36 pads. 31 units. 10 TOH 3 occupied POH. Paved roads. Water billed back. Main meter. 
Underground leak resolved in August. Part time on-site in place. Realtor is local and strong. 3 contractors currently working on homes. $575,000. Bethesda, OH. The nicer park up the hill.
