Property Management in Harrisburg PA

Hey BP Community! We’re closing on our first rental property and need some recommendations for a Property manager in the Harrisburg area. We’d really like to find someone we can trust, and I’m partial to small businesses. Does anyone have any recommendations for us? We’re investing from out of state, so we need someone who can pick it up ASAP. Please feel free to DM me.

I use HPMG (564RENT) and am happy with organization and people. If you want someone smaller, @Travis Wylie is in the area and can help also. He is no slacker and I trust him (he did a placement for me last year).
