Looking for Options for private landlord to report rent payments to credit bureau

Hello All,

I am struggling to find out the answer, can a private landlord use a service to report their on-time payment and late or non-payment for the respective months? I have RentRedi and they mentioned that they currently offer only happy path - which is they report only if the tenant pays on time but will skip any late or no payments. please help if any one of you are using or aware that we can use some sort of tools to report both on time payment and late or no payments.

Thank you in advance

Phil

Hey @Dilip Pothugunta

I did some research in the past and found this platform: https://www.rentreporters.com/property-managers/. I haven’t used them myself, but it doesn’t hurt to check them out.

Good luck!

There are many options. Most of them only report timely payments to help tenants build credit.

Go to your favorite internet search engine and look for "report rent payments to credit bureau," and you'll find many options.
