Hello RGV!

My name is Jakob Rassman. I graduated from Sharyland HS in 2013. I am looking to work with agents in the valley to make some deals happen! I am looking for good flip ops.

Specifically, I am looking for agents who have access to off-market flip ops directly. Any deal brought my way, I will put you down as my buyer's agent, and I will kick you out 15% of the profit that I make on any exit strategy.
