Need GC for fix & flip in North San Diego County

I need a General Contractor who can accurately quote and perform rehab on a 3b2b SFH in North San Diego County. I have funding and acquisition lined up for 2 properties. Rehab to start October 30, 2023. If anyone has experienced solid GC work on fix & flips in North San Diego County, I would really appreciate the introduction. Thanks in advance!
