Looking for Hard Money!
I have a deal currently U/C in Rogers KY and I am looking for hard money.
Deal Breakdown:
3 small cabins (all the same exact design)
Currently operating as an STR and we will keep it as one
Loan amount of about 600,000 (80% LTV)

What is the ARV? How much needed in rehab?
This property looks turnkey ready. Why hard money?
You might be able to do a bridge loan at 70% LTV. You can also do a DSCR if this is going to be a short term rental, from what it looks like on the pictures.
Does this property have 12 months of short term rental bookings or do you own any other properties that have that have 12 months of short term rental history?
You may be able to do 80% LTV depending on these answers
